Fulfillment Details

Once you have completed your transaction, what happens next depends on the type of product you have purchased.

Shipped Products

  • At checkout, select between UPS Ground or Express options
  • Delivery costs are based on order weight and delivery address
  • All goods are shipped within 3 business days of your order
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping notification by email with the UPS tracking information
  • Delivery time will vary by location with average UPS Ground delivery of 3-5 business days and average Express delivery of 1-2 business days
  • Contact us for special freight deliveries, to use your own commercial carrier and for PO box orders

PDFs

  • PDFs are available for access anytime on the CSA OnDemand TM portion of the store.csagroup.org site
  • Click the link in your order confirmation email to access CSA OnDemand TM
  • You may download PDF products as many times as you like for your own use from CSA OnDemand TM, but the number of devices you can use is limited to protect our intellectual property

eBooks

  • You will receive an email with download instructions and a redemption code
  • Download and install the CSA Reader App (App Store | Google Play) and add the eBook using the redemption code. For more information on downloading and installing the CSA Reader App, visit eBook Support.

Training

  • If you have purchased a training product (public course, webinar, online course or personnel certification program), following submission of your order you will receive an email with instructions on how to register attendees, access your training or submit your personnel certification application

Practice Exams

  • You will receive an email with download instructions and an access code
  • Download and install the application using the access code

Subscription

Administrators

  • Click the link in your order confirmation email to access CSA OnDemand TM
  • Named User Access: From the User Management page, invite users to access the content within your subscription by entering the users first name, last name and email address
  • IP Authenticated Access: Contact the CSA Group Customer Success team to set up your IPaddresses, then provide your organization with the CSA On Demand link to access the content within your subscription when logged in to your network

Users

  • Log in to CSA OnDemand TM to access the content within your subscription
  • Named User Access: From the User Management page, invite users to access the content within your subscription by entering the users first name, last name and email address
  • If your organization has IP Authenticated Access, contact the Subscription Administrator at your company to obtain the link for accessing the CSA OnDemand TM subscription service. With CSA OnDemand TM IP Authentication, you are not required to login to access content, but you must be accessing the link from within your organization’s network. Consider self-registering to CSA OnDemand TM to take advantage of benefits like saving your own highlighting and notes.
